BLACK FRIDAY 2025 – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Black Friday promotions offered by the clinic.

 1.⁠ ⁠Booking, Eligibility & General Rules
    •    Black Friday prices apply only to bookings made during the promotional period (insert dates).
    •    Black Friday discounts cannot be used for any appointments scheduled in December.
    •    All Black Friday treatments, skincare purchases, courses, and discounts must be booked by 31 December 2025.
    •    All deals, offers, discounts, courses, sessions, and credits must be fully used by June 2026.
    •    Clients must be 18+ to receive aesthetic treatments.
    •    Availability is limited and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
    •    The clinic reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time before booking.

 2.⁠ ⁠Skincare Discount Terms (20% Off Online Shop)
    •    Clients receive 20% off all online skincare products from the clinic’s online shop.
    •    This skincare discount is valid from 28 November 2025.
    •    All skincare purchases under the Black Friday discount must be completed by 31 December 2025.
    •    Discount applies to all products available in the online store at the time of purchase.
    •    Cannot be combined with any other offer including VIP discounts.
    •    Skincare purchases are non-refundable.

Skincare Delivery Notice
    •    Skincare products may arrive in separate deliveries, even if ordered together.
    •    Different brands are supplied by different distributors, resulting in varied delivery times and packaging.
    •    These delivery differences are normal and outside the clinic’s control.

 3.⁠ ⁠No Additional Discounts
    •    Black Friday discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, voucher, loyalty reward, VIP subscription benefits, or the Google Review Reward.
    •    No other discounts or reductions apply to Black Friday bookings.

 4.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Deposits
    •    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all Black Friday appointments.
    •    If a client cancels, reschedules outside the notice period, or fails to attend, the deposit is retained.
    •    Deposits cannot be transferred to other people or treatments unless the clinic approves.
    •    If a client is unsuitable following consultation, an alternative treatment or credit may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.

 5.⁠ ⁠Multi-Treatment Session Discount
    •    Clients booking three or more treatments within the same appointment session (back-to-back) receive an additional £20 discount on top of their Black Friday offer.
    •    Treatments must be carried out on the same day.
    •    The £20 discount is applied once per session, not per treatment.
    •    Treatments carried out over multiple days do not qualify.

 6.⁠ ⁠Course Timing Rules (All Courses)
    •    Any course purchased during Black Friday must start in January or February.
    •    Once started in this period, the remaining sessions can be completed in March, April, or later, as clinically appropriate.
    •    Courses must be booked as part of the same treatment plan.
    •    Delayed or missed sessions may require schedule adjustments or clinical reassessment.

 7.⁠ ⁠Microneedling Course Terms
    •    First-time microneedling clients are recommended to complete a minimum of three sessions, spaced around one month apart.
    •    Maintenance clients may book single sessions.
    •    To qualify for Black Friday pricing:
    •    The first session must take place in January or February.
    •    Remaining sessions may be completed after February.
    •    Starting the course within January or February guarantees the Black Friday pricing for the full course.

 8.⁠ ⁠Polynucleotide Course Terms
    •    Clients who have never had polynucleotides before are recommended to complete a course of three sessions.
    •    The first session must take place in January or February to qualify, with later sessions allowed after February.
    •    Temporary swelling and mild bruising are possible; clients may wish to bring sunglasses for discretion when leaving the clinic.
    •    Treatment remains subject to consultation and suitability.

 9.⁠ ⁠Anti-Wrinkle (Botox) Review Appointment Terms
    •    Anti-wrinkle treatments include a review appointment 2–3 weeks after the initial treatment.
    •    It is the client’s responsibility to log into the booking system and book their own review.
    •    The clinic cannot guarantee availability if the review is not booked within the recommended window.
    •    A small amount of grace may be offered where possible, but this is not guaranteed.
    •    If all review slots are taken, clients may join the waiting list, but availability cannot be promised.
    •    Reviews can only be carried out within the appropriate clinical timeframe.

10.⁠ ⁠Treatment Combination (Bolt-On) Rules

Clients may combine multiple treatments in the same appointment to create a super facial or super session, subject to clinical suitability.

Treatments That CAN Be Combined (Same Day)
    •    Microneedling
    •    Chemical Peels
    •    Polynucleotides
    •    Radiofrequency
    •    Radiesse Hyperdilute
    •    Anti-wrinkle (Botox)*
    •    Skin Boosters
    •    Other non-conflicting treatments offered by the clinic

(*With timing recommendations below.)

Treatments That MUST Be Separated

These cannot be performed on the same day:
    •    Microneedling + Dermal Fillers
    •    Radiofrequency Microneedling + Dermal Fillers

These require separation by an appropriate clinical interval.

Botox Timing Recommendation
    •    Microneedling should be carried out first, whether a single session or part of a course.
    •    Botox should be booked after microneedling has settled for best results.

11.⁠ ⁠Google Review Reward Scheme
    •    Clients who post a Google review during November, December, January, or February will receive a £10 credit.
    •    Reviews may cover any aspect of the clinic: staff, treatments, parking, location, admin, environment, or general experience.
    •    The £10 credit:
    •    Can be used on full-price treatments only
    •    Cannot be used on:
    •    Black Friday bookings
    •    Any January or February appointments
    •    VIP subscription treatments or payments
    •    Is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be used by June 2026
    •    Is limited to one £10 credit per appointment
    •    Joining the waiting list is permitted, but availability is not guaranteed.

12.⁠ ⁠Klarna Payment Terms
    •    Klarna may be used on certain full-price items only, depending on eligibility.
    •    Klarna cannot be used for:
    •    Black Friday deals
    •    Sale items
    •    Treatment packages
    •    Special offers
    •    Clients may request Klarna via email, but
a request does not guarantee approval.
    •    Klarna eligibility is assessed case by case, and the clinic may decline Klarna at its discretion.

13.⁠ ⁠Treatment Suitability & Medical Factors
    •    All treatments require a medical consultation to confirm suitability.
    •    If a client becomes temporarily unsuitable (e.g., medication changes, illness, pregnancy), appointments may be postponed but expiry dates still apply unless the clinic approves otherwise.
    •    Clinical photography may be required for medical records.

14.⁠ ⁠General Terms
    •    All Black Friday purchases, courses, credits, and discounts must be fully used by June 2026.

    •    No swapping of appointments between December 2025 & January 2026
    •    All offers are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
    •    No substitutions of treatment types unless approved; changes may be charged at full price.
    •    Treatments may be performed by any qualified practitioner within the clinic.
    •    All bookings are subject to the clinic’s standard cancellation and lateness policies.
    •    Delays caused by distributors or couriers for skincare are outside the clinic’s control.
