Terms and Conditions for Framed Aesthetics Ltd

To receive treatments by any of the therapists at Framed Aesthetics, you must agree to all of these conditions. If you have any queries, please ask to speak to the clinic manager.

Effective Date: 12 February 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Framed Aesthetics Ltd ("we", "us", "our", or "Framed Aesthetics"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number [insert company number], whose registered office is at [insert registered address]. By booking an appointment, receiving a treatment, purchasing products or vouchers, or using our website at www.framedaestheticsltd.co.uk (the "Site"), you ("you", "your", or "client") agree to be bound by these Terms.  

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Site and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of our services or Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.  

Definitions

•⁠  ⁠*"Services"*: Includes all treatments, consultations, and other aesthetic services provided by our therapists or consultants at Framed Aesthetics.  
•⁠  ⁠*"Products"*: Includes retail items, gift vouchers, gift packages, and prepaid courses available for purchase.  
•⁠  ⁠*"Site"*: Our website at www.framedaestheticsltd.co.uk.  
•⁠  ⁠*"Therapist"*: Any qualified professional employed or contracted by us to provide Services.  

Age Restriction

You must be at least *18 years old* to receive any aesthetic treatments or purchase Products involving injectables, fillers, botulinum toxin, or other non-surgical cosmetic procedures. This complies with the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021 and aligns with government policy on protecting under-18s from cosmetic procedures. We will require proof of age (e.g., photo ID) for all clients where necessary. We do not provide any aesthetic treatments to individuals under 18, even with parental consent, except in rare cases where permitted by law (e.g., medical exception by an approved healthcare professional).  

Booking and Appointments

•⁠  ⁠Appointments can be booked in person, by telephone, email, or via our online booking system.  
•⁠  ⁠We reserve the right to refuse advanced bookings to clients with a history of missed appointments without adequate notice (as defined in our Cancellation Policy below).  
•⁠  ⁠For first-time clients, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a consultation form. This information is stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.  

Deposits

•⁠  ⁠A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure an appointment, particularly for high-value or time-intensive Services. This deposit represents a genuine pre-estimate of our loss if the appointment is not attended or cancelled without sufficient notice (e.g., administrative and opportunity costs).  
•⁠  ⁠Deposits will be deducted from the final payment. Any changes to the appointment must comply with our Cancellation Policy.  
The only service that has a refundable booking fee is the - Face to Face consultations. 
By booking any other services and paying the deposit, you are agreeing to these T&Cs. 

Punctuality

•⁠  ⁠Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times to avoid delaying subsequent clients. The full fee will still apply.  
•⁠  ⁠We aim to start appointments on time but cannot guarantee against unforeseen delays.  

Client Conduct

•⁠  ⁠We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services if you behave in a disruptive, aggressive, hostile, or inappropriate manner towards staff or other clients. This includes any form of harassment or discrimination.  
•⁠  ⁠Mobile phones and devices must be switched to silent or off during your visit to maintain a peaceful environment.  
•⁠  ⁠Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited on our premises, in compliance with the Health Act 2006.  
•⁠  ⁠We prefer that Children do not attend appointments. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. We may cancel appointments if unsupervised children cause disruption.  
•⁠  ⁠Pets are not permitted on the premises due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, except for registered assistance animals.  
•⁠  ⁠You are responsible for your personal belongings. We accept no liability for loss or damage.  

Cancellation Policy 

•⁠  ⁠Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice (excluding weekends/holidays where applicable).  
•⁠  ⁠Failure to provide notice will result in forfeiture of any deposit and/or a charge of up to 50% of the treatment fee at the practitioners discretion if we cannot rebook the slot (full fee will be lost for no-shows). These charges reflect our reasonable losses from holding the slot.  
•⁠  ⁠For prepaid courses or vouchers, missed appointments may count as a used session.  
•⁠  ⁠In exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness with evidence such as a doctor's note), we may waive charges at our discretion.  

Treatment Suitability and Expectations

•⁠  ⁠Prior to treatment, we will conduct a consultation to assess suitability, including medical history, allergies, and pregnancy status. You must disclose all relevant information accurately; failure to do so may void any liability on our part.  
•⁠  ⁠Certain treatments (e.g., those involving chemicals or lasers) require a patch test. We reserve the right to refuse treatment without a valid patch test performed by us.  
•⁠  ⁠If we deem a treatment unsuitable (e.g., due to health risks or low likelihood of success), we will explain why and may suggest alternatives. If prepaid, a full refund will be issued, or the difference refunded if switching to a lower-cost alternative.  
•⁠  ⁠Treatment times include consultation and preparation. Results vary by individual factors (e.g., anatomy, lifestyle) and are not guaranteed. We provide realistic expectations during consultations.  
•⁠  ⁠All therapists are qualified and insured. We comply with relevant regulations, including those from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) where applicable for regulated activities, and anticipate requirements under the forthcoming non-surgical cosmetic procedures licensing scheme.  

VIP SCHEMES 


Payments made under the VIP Schemes are non-refundable. The Anti-wrinkle schemes discounts and benefits are based on the practitioner using the Brand Bocouture. If other brands are requested there will be a £30 surcharge. This will be sent to you via a payment link ahead of the appointment. You must also let the clinic know at least a week in advance that you have booked your appointment, to allow time for the bespoke order of the alternative brand. 

Antiwrinkle Treatments 

We use a brand called Bocouture for our anti-wrinkle treatments. If other brands are requested there will be a £30 surcharge. This will be sent to you via a payment link ahead of the appointment. You must also let the clinic know at least a week in advance that you have booked your appointment, to allow time for the bespoke order of the alternative brand. 
 


Prepaid Courses of Treatments

•⁠  ⁠Courses must be paid in full at booking and used within 12 months from purchase, unless otherwise stated.  
•⁠  ⁠Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable, except under statutory rights (e.g., if faulty or misdescribed under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).  
•⁠  ⁠Missed appointments may deduct sessions from the course.  

Retail Products

•⁠  ⁠Products must be paid in full at purchase.  
•⁠  ⁠Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return unused Products in original, saleable packaging within 14 days for a refund, provided you have proof of purchase. This does not apply to personalised or perishable items.  

Gift Vouchers and Packages

•⁠  ⁠Vouchers and packages are available in values from £20 to £500 (or as specified) and valid for 12 months from purchase.  
•⁠  ⁠They can be used for Services by our employees or Products, like injectables, but not for cash redemption.  
•⁠  ⁠Non-transferable, non-refundable (except within 14 days if unused, per distance selling rules under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).  
•⁠  ⁠Quote the voucher number at booking and present it on arrival.  
•⁠  ⁠Cancellation policies apply; failure to comply may void the voucher.  
•⁠  ⁠Packages are sets of Services and follow similar rules.  

Pricing and Payments  

•⁠  ⁠Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.  
•⁠  ⁠We accept cash, most credit/debit cards and bank transfer.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS OR AMEX
•⁠  ⁠All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.  
•⁠  ⁠Deposits are non-refundable except as stated.  

Refunds and Complaints

•⁠  ⁠Refunds for Services are at our discretion if below professional standards. We comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015: Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill.  
•⁠  ⁠For distance purchases (e.g., online), you have 14 days to cancel from receipt, unless Services have started with your express consent (and you acknowledge loss of the right).  
•⁠  ⁠Complaints: Contact our clinic manager immediately. If unresolved, submit in writing to [framedskincare@hotmail.cm]. We aim to respond within 14 days and resolve within 30 days. If dissatisfied, you may escalate to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) via [e.g., the British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology or relevant body].  

•⁠  ⁠We log complaints for regulatory compliance.
We may ask details of why a refund is required, or details of the complaint to help resolve the issue(s), and for future learning.


Website Terms of Use

•⁠  ⁠*Access*: The Site is provided for informational and booking purposes. We may suspend or terminate access without notice.  
•⁠  ⁠*Intellectual Property*: All content (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright laws (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988). You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.  
•⁠  ⁠*Links*: We may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content.  
•⁠  ⁠*User Conduct*: Do not upload harmful material, viruses, or misuse the Site. Breaches may result in access termination and reporting under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.  
•⁠  ⁠*Registration*: Provide accurate information. You are responsible for account security.  
•⁠  ⁠*Disclaimers*: Site content is for general information; we make no warranty. Product/treatment details may vary.  
•⁠  ⁠*Liability*: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or economic losses (e.g., loss of profits, data). Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury due to negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable rights.  
•⁠  ⁠*Viruses*: We are not liable for damage from viruses or harmful material.  
•⁠  ⁠*Cookies*: See our Privacy Policy for cookie usage.  

General Provisions

•⁠  ⁠*Force Majeure*: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., pandemics, strikes).  
•⁠  ⁠*Severability*: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.  
•⁠  ⁠*Waiver*: Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.  
•⁠  ⁠*Third-Party Rights*: No third party may enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.  
•⁠  ⁠*Governing Law*: These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
