My name is Tristan Frame—and yes, Frame truly is my surname, which made naming the clinic feel wonderfully meant-to-be.
I was born in South Africa, to a South African mother and a Northern Irish father, before moving to Northern Ireland where I grew up. After completing my Master’s degree and qualifying as a pharmacist, I moved to the Devon and Cornwall area in 2013 to begin my pharmacy career. These early years shaped my dedication to safety, clinical excellence, and caring deeply for the people I treat.
In 2017, alongside expanding into aesthetics, I also completed my Independent Prescribing Master’s, allowing me to bring an even deeper level of medical knowledge and responsibility to my practice. Following that, I trained with renowned institutions such as Derma Medical, and although that earned me my initial qualification in injectables, it was only the beginning. I have been committed ever since to relentless professional development—staying current, refining my techniques, and continually researching the most clinically effective treatments available.
My focus has never been on trends or dramatic alterations. Instead, my philosophy is simple and unwavering:

As a prescribing pharmacist and advanced aesthetic practitioner, I take a holistic, full-face approach, supporting every layer of the face and skin as it changes with age—not just treating individual lines. Skin health remains my deepest passion, and every treatment plan is personalised, evidence-led, and rooted in long-term, natural-looking results that age gracefully with you.
Since establishing Framed Aesthetics in 2017, our clinic has grown into a warm, trusted, family-run environment. Our all-female team shares the same commitment to subtle artistry, clinical integrity, and creating an experience where clients feel understood, respected, and never rushed.

I’m a proud bulldog mum. My two gorgeous bulldogs, Ebie and Ernie, are part of our family story and the inspiration behind our beloved clinic mascot, Billy—the big, beautiful bulldog statue who greets you in the clinic. He’s become a symbol of everything we stand for: character, warmth, and a touch of personality that makes people smile.
