PARKING
Several convenient parking options are nearby:

  • The Barcode Complex – approx. £3

  • On-street parking outside and around the clinic

  • Drake Circus Shopping Mall – 5–10 minute walk

  • The Treasury Restaurant Car Park – 2 minutes from the clinic

    ARRIVALS / CANCELLATIONS

 
When you arrive for your appointment, please make yourself comfortable in the seating area. You are welcome to help yourself to our self-serve refreshments — tea, coffee, water, and biscuits — while you wait. Your comfort and experience matter to us, so please relax and settle in. 

 
Late Arrival Policy

We completely understand that delays can happen. However, arriving more than 10 minutes late often means we cannot carry out your treatment safely or without rushing.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without letting us know, we may need to cancel your appointment, and your deposit will be lost. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to give every client the time and care they deserve.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or appointments that are missed entirely, will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Thank you for respecting our time, and the time we reserve exclusively for you.

 
COMMUNICATION & RESPONSE TIMES

Please allow 24–48 hours for a reply to non-urgent queries.
We pride ourselves on exceptional aftercare. To protect Tristan’s clinical time and ensure she can prioritise treated patients and complex cases, all clinic communication must follow our approved channels.

If you experience anxiety, an unexpected sensation, or anything that doesn’t feel right, please reach out.
We are here to reassure you, assess your concern, and make sure you feel safe.
Nothing is a silly question.
We always prefer you to contact us rather than worry unnecessarily.

If you believe you may be experiencing an urgent issue or complication after a treatment with Tristan, please follow the steps below in order:
STEP 1 — Contact Jo First (Primary Emergency Contact)

    • Clear photos (if applicable)

    • A brief explanation of what you are worried about

Jo will respond as soon as possible.

STEP 2 — If You Cannot Reach Jo or if Jo has not replied after you have followed the steps above, you MUST then contact Tristan.
